In 2022, HFSECURITY began working with a major banking group in Malaysia to upgrade its access control and staff management system. The client required a secure, efficient, and contactless solution suitable for multi-branch operations.
HFSECURITY provided a solution integrating Flap Barrier Gates, RA08 Facial Recognition Terminals, and the HFIMS centralized access and attendance platform. This system ensures accurate identity verification, smooth entry, and centralized data management. Since deployment, the solution has been implemented across multiple branches and continues to expand with the client’s growing operations.
System Architecture & Workflow
Staff and authorized visitors are registered via facial recognition or IC card.
Identity is verified in real time through the RA08 terminal.
Upon verification, the Flap Barrier Gate opens automatically.
Entry and exit records sync automatically to HFIMS for centralized monitoring.
